It’s my 50th birthday, which of course, makes it twin Philip’s birthday, and I dedicate this release to the best twin in the universe and to our father, Philip O, who is still hanging on, and who is constantly in my thoughts and in my heart.
My overwhelming gratitude to Ricky Berroti @redconvertiblerecording for recording, mixing, mastering, and navigating the streaming universe. That’s Ricky on those amazing drums on Independence Day, too! A staggering talent. Speaking of staggering talents, thank you to cousin Thomas @thomasrmcardle for this incredible artwork that captures my heart, my concrete tree. To Paul Deppler for bringing Mendoza Line members together to capture these songs, and for playing on the tracks along with Pete Hoffman, John Troutman, and Sean Fogarty. Paul, you rekindled friendships decades dormant.
